Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Solvuri's products and services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you're using Solvuri on behalf of a business, you're agreeing on that business's behalf.
Use of service
You agree to use Solvuri's products only for lawful purposes and in a way that doesn't infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, our services by any third party.
Accounts
You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Intellectual property
Solvuri retains all rights to its platform, modules, and underlying infrastructure. Content you create or upload using our products remains yours.
Limitation of liability
Solvuri's products are provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solvuri is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
Termination
Either party may terminate service under the terms of the applicable service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend access for violations of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Solvuri is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
